I applied MR !1 on drupal 9.5 with php version 8.1 and it works fine for me.

I have verified and applied MR !4 on the Drupal 9.5.8 version.
MR applied successfully, and help() is added cleanly. Added screenshots for reference.

Can be moved to RTBC+1.
