I installed this modules in the very early days of Drupal 8, which required me to install Panels along with it.
The Panels module page states:
All new installs of Drupal 8+ are encouraged to use Layout Builder instead. Panels is mostly for D7 and early D8 sites.
Is it currently possible to use Layout Builder instead of Panels? If so, is there any way to migrate my Page Manager Panels to the Layout Builder system?
I looked through issues to try to make sense of this, but was getting confused, so apologies if this info is posted clearly somewhere and I missed it.

hey @candelas, no luck here, unfortunately. I think this module is very minimally maintained.
Despite that, and despite my not knowing of any way to migrate Panels to Layout Builder, it does appear that the module is being minimally maintaned such that the minimum required changed have been made to allow it to keep working on Drupal 9, and now Drupal 10.
If you figure out how to do the migration, or otherwise have info to share on this, please post here!
