I add Gtranslate block to the top of all my pages (so maybe lazy load would not be the right solution)
Depending on the Google, initial page load can be slow.
Using Lightspeed it gives the suggestion to defer js on my pages.
Is there a way to lazy load or defer the execution of the gtranslate block until the page is built?
