Fix not reflected section settings on section header region

Problem/Motivation

When applying some changes to section settings like boxed, block alignments, ... etc, not all changes reflect on the section header region.

Steps to reproduce

Given that some section settings are not applied on section header blocks
When changing section settings
Then we need to reflect all settings to all section regions including the section header.

Proposed resolution

Fix the twig file to take all values to the section header region.
