i use content_sync module to import content and then i got the error :
[error] Error: Attempt to assign property "value" on null in Drupal\config_pages\Entity\ConfigPages->createDuplicate() (line 75 ...)
importing config pages with content_sync module
a team mate made a patch to prevent this error. will share it here
