    Verified and tested 3330505.patch on drupal 9.5.x Patch applied successfully. but found some issues in theming so created a new patch.

    New patch Menu-Drop-down-not-working-3330505-6.patch

    Testing Steps:
    1. Install the drupal 9.5.x version.
    2. Install and set businessplus lite Theme.
    3. Apply the patch.
    4. Clear the cache and reload the page.

    Testing result: Pass with old patch / create a new patch needs view
    Menu Drop down is not working

    kept the issue in Needs Review.
