Offering to maintain Commerce Stock Notifications

Drupal ^8 || ^9 version of this module is completely broken out of the box for more than 2 years.
There are a few issues that at least bring the module to work especially

Compatibility with Drupal 10 is also highly desirable

And I would like to move the "Notify me" form to a separate field as well, so it can be better controlled, but it is just thoughts about the future right now

Seems like the current maintainers are not interested in this project right now, so I would like to take this responsibility on myself in that case. We are going to use this module in our project and it is simple enough to maintain as well.
