End values on recurring dates.

Problem/Motivation

This could be as well a "Support request", but the end values seems to be seem a bit off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Drupal 9.4.9 and enable date_recur module
2. For article content type add "Recurring dates field" with machine name field_event_date_recurring
3. Create new article with Start date: 01.01.2023, End date: 31.01.2023, Timezone: Helsinki, RRULE: RRULE:FREQ=WEEKLY;INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=TU;UNTIL=20230131T100000Z
4. On node view, the last occurrence of date is "Mon, 01/30/2023 - 22:00 -Wed, 03/01/2023 - 22:00"
5. Same on date_recur__node__field_event_date_recurring table field_event_date_recurring_end_value column.

Proposed resolution

I would expect the node which end date is 31st of January 2023 not to show dates for 1st of March 2023.
