Use UTF-8 for parsing all address headers

Module already uses UTF-8 when parsing "from" header, so let's do the same for other address headers. As for now all non-latin chars are lost 'cause PHPMailer "parseAddresses" method's default charset is ISO88591. Patch will follow.
