Problem/Motivation

Call to deprecated method getAvailableContexts() of class Drupal\component_blocks\Plugin\Block\ComponentBlock. Deprecated in drupal:9.3.0 and is removed from drupal:10.0.0. Use Drupal\layout_builder\Context\LayoutBuilderContextTrait::getPopulatedContexts() instead.
