2.0.2 composer command installs 2.1.1, versioning

The composer command given to install version 2,0.2 actually ends up installing 2.1.1. The proper command should be "composer require 'drupal/rdf:~2.0.0'".

After doing that, I do notice that the Update page is still suggesting the update to 2.1.1. I guess some parts of Drupal are married enough to standard semantic versioning that it sees them as part of the same release.

Also, both 2.0 and 2.1 show the same dev version: 2.x-dev. Both 2.x-dev links actually point to the 2.1.1 dev release.

There's enough quirks here that I wonder if 2.1.1 really should be 3.0.0
