Verbose log level requirement is not well documented

Problem/Motivation

I used this module during testing for Drupal 10 RC1. It worked great.

Now that Drupal is officially out, I created a new project and add drupal/ignition:1.0@alpha
However, today I hit WSOD ("The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."). I was suprised it did not trigger this module.

I tried clearing the cache, and uninstalling/reinstalling the module but it didn't display.
I added drupal/whoops, which was my go-to module and found it correctly displayed the backtace.

Can you confirm if this module is functioning in Drupal 10?
