Missing Libraries file?

Am I missing something, or is the 2.x branch missing the libraries.yml?

After installing 2.0.0 I get these warnings:

User warning: The following theme is missing from the file system: jquery_ui_autocomplete in Drupal\Core\Extension\ExtensionPathResolver->getPathname() (line 63 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/ExtensionPathResolver.php).

And, sure enough, there is no libraries file to define the library.

@tkiehne Thanks for this post, Faced same issue after upgrading module filter. And yes, after enabling jquery_ui_menu and jquery_ui_autocomplete modules, warning is not showing. #6 works for me.
