The placeholder in webform filter input is not displayed correctly

Problem/Motivation

The filter has a max-width of 300px which doesn't fit the longest placeholder "Filter by title, description, elements, user name, or role".

Steps to reproduce

Visit /admin/structure/webform and observe the placeholder in the first filter.

Proposed resolution

Change the max-width to 410px.
