Problem/Motivation

The 'core_version_requirement' can not be used to specify compatibility for a specific version before 8.7.7 in modules/contrib/fieldblock/fieldblock.info.yml

Steps to reproduce

Download fieldblock 8.x-2.x-dev and try to enable it.
