Currently the media item Betterembed has also a file field item for the image of the betterembed thumbnail.
The width and height of the image is missing in the html code.
So in some special cases, (e.g. if you have an anchor jump and load=lazy set, then calculation of browser height can get broken and the anchor jump to an heading will be missplaced.
It would be good to have at the <img tag also a width="xxx" and height="xxx" attributes, to prevent this.
