If title is empty, search is done returning all content

In certain cases, the search can be triggered with an empty title. When that happens, it returns all content in the system.

Enter text in Title field
Tab out of Title field to trigger search.
Tab back into Title field.
Delete text in Title field.
Tab out of Title field to trigger search.
See "matching content" list with text that says "Total : XXX" where XXX is the total count of nodes in the system.

Code needs to be updated to not do a search when there is no title text set by the user.
