The email verification embedded link not working correctly

Problem/Motivation

The embedded link in the verification email does not work correctly because the "&" character joining the two query argulemnts has been escaped to become "&"

Proposed resolution

Change the place in the code where the token in the message body is replace with the link code, to avoid it being subject to internal escaping.
