Catch \League\Csv\Exception in validateImportForm to display file errors

Problem/Motivation

The validateImportForm calls buildFileIterator to read all uploaded files. This can fail, if the header e.g. contains duplicate field names or for other reasons. This error message should be displayed to the user.
