If the search result set includes multiple entity types or bundles, it's sometimes helpful to not (only) see the ID, but (also) the entity type or bundle.
This module would be a great candidate to be able to also select these as additional information.
I could imagine a required checkboxes input here, so you could decide to show
in addition.
What do you think? :)
And I think that's a typical thing. For more complex selections, the views handler is a good choice.
