Add Overlay Card component and Storybook to Vartheme BS5 2.0.x

Problem/Motivation

Add the Overlay card component to vartheme bs5 with its story for the storybook.
This card represents a background image with some fields on the card.

Proposed resolution

Add the following files to create the new card component:

  • overlayCard.twig
  • overlayCard.config.yml file for story configuration.
  • overlayCard.story.jsx file, for the component story.
  • overlayCard.pattern.yml file, for a pattern component to work with Drupal.
  • overlay-card.scss file for card styling.
  • overlay-card-rtl.scss file for card styling.

With some settings for this configuration like:
Horizontal alignment:

  • Left
  • Center
  • Right

Vertical alignment:

  • Top
  • Center
  • Bottom
