Add link to Layout Builder overrides on config page form

Rebased and fixed merge conflicts. This is a good workaround. I do wonder though if there is an easier way to handle the ID as it changes from being a machine name to a numeric ID when you switch between the edit page linked from the collection to the layout page.

I should also add there was an issue created from 🐛 config_pages_field twig filter doesn't include entity cache Active that causes a huge rendering error. This might be due to different versions of PHP.
