All versions after (3.0.9) does NOT honor the (Multiple Words) Parse mode in the search view

Problem/Motivation

All versions after (3.0.9) that require (acquia/http-hmac-php) as a dependency are NOT honoring the (Multiple Words) Parsing mode in the search view.

Steps to reproduce

Edit the search view and change the Parse mode for the Content Search filter to (Multiple Words), apply the changes then save. Do a multiple keywords search, the returned search results will show/highlight only individual keywords and ignore the full sentence.

We turned off eDisMax by default in latest releases, see #3210427: eDisMax seems to break boost by content type β†’ for history. Did this get turned off during the upgrade? It should only be turned off by default for new servers and existing values persisted. Can you check if this setting is now unchecked in your config? If so, try checking it and see if the results are back to normal.

@mglaman Yes, it seems like eDisMax was turned off during the upgrade and yes, turning it on fix the issue that I'm having. Thank you!
