Remove old block_reference Paragraph type

Now that we have block (content) reference paragraphs, we should deprecate and if possible remove them. This will need a proper update hook to

So this is a larger task. Until that the old type should be kept and marked deprecated.

Info: I already deleted that type in the VL now, so we don't run into issues using the deprecated paragraph type. Enabled the new module, which depends on having the block_field module enabled!

I don't think this is worth fixing any more with drowl_paragraphs_bs but let's keep this postponed for visibility reasons, if we should run into this again.
