Recent item should point to layout when Layout Builder is enabled

Problem/Motivation

The recent item link goes to the edit screen of the node even when Layout Builder is enabled. I think it would be better to make the link go to the layout of the node instead.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Layout Builder enabled.
2. Have recent items in the menu.
3. Click on a recent item and see that it goes to the edit page.

Proposed resolution

Change the recent item link to the layout when Layout Builder module is enabled.
