There is no space between the Promo Cards that are added to the sidebar

Theme - Carnation ( looks good on Rose and Lily)

Steps to Reproduce:

• log in as admin
• go to /admin/content
• create Landing page ( or program CT)
• select two columns with left sidebar in the Layout field
• add 2 Promo Cards to the sidebar
• save the page

an anonymous user open the page

Actual Result:

There is no space between the Promo Cards
