Text written to a wrong box

Problem/Motivation

When I want to subscribe to a forum topic in Administration > Structure > Taxonomy > Edit Forums > Forum and I click the "Subscribe to this forum topic" link, text "Unsubscribe from this forum topic" is written to an incorrect box - the upper box for the whole forum instead the lower box for the topic. Please see the attached image.

The texts are corrected when I refresh the page.
