Add Impressed Card component and Storybook to Vartheme BS5 2.0.x

Problem/Motivation

Add the Impressed card component to vartheme bs5 with its story for the storybook.
This card is represent a Vertical card.

Proposed resolution

Add the following files to create the new card component:

  • ImpressedCard.twig
  • ImpressedCard.config.yml file for story configuration.
  • ImpressedCard.story.jsx file, for the component story.
  • ImpressedCard.pattern.yml file, for a pattern component to work with Drupal.
  • Impressed-card.scss file for card styling.
