Notifications Widget settings: taxonomy and node system name conflict

Problem/Motivation

Config form record issue if we have node type and taxonomy type have same system name so whenever we change a record it changes everywhere

Proposed resolution

Add the entity type identifier of content type "node_type" and for a taxonomy "taxonomy_vocabulary" to the construction of the fields of the configuration form and also to the storage method.
