Description of module is not visible in tablet and mobile devices

Tried to replicate this issue in D9.5 but it seems issue is fixed now. Attached screenshot for reference.
This bug can be closed now as it is working as expected.

I've conducted testing on this matter in Drupal 9.5.x utilizing patch 3.
Following the application of the patch, the module's description is now viewable on tablet and mobile devices.

I applied patch #3 on Drupal 9.5.9 version. Patch applied successfully and worked for me.
The description is visible on tablet and mobile devices after applying the patch.
