If the other OpenAPI modules are inconsistent, I think it makes sense to move them to
Web services(note the capitalization), not OpenAPI.
When you go to the list of available modules at /admin/modules the OpenAPI REST module is in the "Web Services" group while all other modules are in the "Web services" group. Notice the difference in casing. The OpenAPI module itself is in the "OpenAPI" group.
It would be nice to have the module appear in the same group as the other related modules e.g. REST and OpenAPI to make the list less cluttered.
- Spawn a new site with the OpenAPI Rest module and Rest UI module (for some reason this is request) on simplytest.me
- Go to the Extend page
- See the OpenAPI REST module on its own in the "Web Services" group
Move the module to the "OpenAPI" or "Web services" group
