Proposal:
New version series: 2.1.x
Remove support for D8.
Support ^9.4, 10.*
PHP ^8.0 only.
Users requiring 2.x with D8/older D9, or older PHP may continue to use 2.0.x series.
With the increased requirements, we can rely on newer features available to us, esp via Symfony, if required.
With a new minor, we can also remove the migration path test.
