Drupal 7 form API reference issues / maintenance

There are still users who can commit on this repository. I am not sure they are still active.
I guess it would be possible to offering to be maintainers, but I do not think that the usual procedure would apply for this project. We cannot ask to site moderators to add a new maintainer because the existing ones did not reply in time, given the particular importance of this project, which is not a module used in few sites.

Thanks for the response. We solved this with @eojthebrave here: #3278966: Incorrect links on Drupal 7 form API → and on the Slack (https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C220WV2TW/p1670197312285919), so probably the maintainership question is not such important not, as the problems are fixed. The main thing was that I was not sure if there was anyone with the maintainership rights active, as some of the issues had been around for a long time.

Probably we can close this for now.

@poker10 If you think there are not problems with issues that are not quickly resolved, or those issues do not exist, this issue can be closed.

Ok, closing this for now. Most important issues were fixed and if someone wants to fix others, then @eojthebrave can commit changes (if it's important/relevant enough in this D7 phase).
