The module is not working on node Add pages

When visiting a node add page the custom form mode is not used.

Create a new form mode for node with the machine name node.add
Visit the node add page
See that the form mode node.add is not used

The route name for node add pages is node.add. The module checks if the route matches the pattern entity.node.add .It should also check for node.add
