Provide option to include canonical URL links

Problem/Motivation

Printable output is typically lighter on theme and more content rich by proportion, can cause print views to be surfaced more readily in search results.

Including a <link rel="canonical"> in the default printable HTML which directed to the canonical entity view would help search engines direct folks to the preferred page.

Steps to reproduce

Search for content on an affected site where the printable URL is surfaced first. (A search for inurl:node inurl:printable/print may produce some candidates, but this is dependent on the state of search engine indexes!)

An affected page will have the node/entity content in a print view, with a link (but not a canonical link) to the regular content display.
