Events cannot be given a date before 2019

Problem/Motivation

As an organiser I would like to add the main events of the last years, like Dev-days and Drupalcamps. I would like to add a Drupalcamp from 2016, but the date field doesn't allow dates before 2019.

Steps to reproduce

Create or edit an event, try to give it a date before 2019.

Proposed resolution

Choose a date that allows for adding some history to organisers' pages, eg 2015
