Make custom tokens exportable / importable

Tokens are content, not config. For that reason they are not exportable through config export. That's by design.

Maybe contrib modules help to export content entities like this. Please help documenting that in the README.md via MR.
It's nothing specific to this module.

The Parameters → module makes parameters available as tokens and are completely configuration-based. Major difference that a parameter token always starts with [parameter:*] whereas this module allows to specify a token type on root level.

Thank @mxh that's a super nice hint. I think for token_custom we'll keep things as is (content entities, not config entities) and I'll add your explanation on the module page as alternative.
