Installing the ldap_user module throws a number of sql errors. These then continue to occur when clearing cache, or trying to log in.
Table 'site.user__ldap_user_prov_entries' doesn't exist:

However Im already on the latest code, I've checked and the code I have includes all the changes from the patch on the linked card and related issues.
pm:enable ldap_user on a site with 2 languages.
