Quant Search styling polish for Olivero theme

Problem/Motivation

Olivero is now the default frontend theme and currently the theme has some styling issues for search pages that don't look great.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Follow tutorial using Umami profile: https://www.quantcdn.io/blog/tutorials/add-quant-search-drupal-9-static-...
  2. Switch frontend theme to Olivero
  3. View search page

Proposed resolution

Add some core theme overrides to make it look better.

  1. Update CSS
  2. Review and test
  3. Commit :)
