Restructure Featured Card component to make it work with Drupal and Storybook in the same way

Problem/Motivation

Vartheme BS5 has a component called Featured Card.
It will be a block type and it will be shown in the storybook.
The twig template for Featured Card component now is not working in the same way with both drupal and storybook.

Proposed resolution

Restructure all Featured Card component files to make them work correctly and in the same way in Drupal and Storybook.
