Language option is not removed for selected role - for the latest version of the code.

Problem/Motivation

Want to hide language from anonymous users.

Steps to reproduce

Configure language to be hidden for role on block settings form:
admin/structure/block/manage/languagedropdownswitchercontent

Browse site as anonymous, language is still available in drop down.
