Hmm, looks good except for adding "manage layout builder style groups" permission. I'd rather keep this strictly related to removing the permission that's not used anymore.

So, patch #2 ended up being useful for me. I was getting this error on my site, so what I ended up doing was adding the patch to my installation, went in and removed the permissions in question, and then removed the patch, and that ended up getting rid of the issue for me. So if people are getting this error for this module, just try doing that and it should fix the problem.

I've removed the unrelated addition of the 'groups' permission. This MR is now scoped specifically to the problem reported about the outdated permission.
