Integration with Profile

Integrate with Profile → module to allow creation / edition of profiles with formblocks.

WIP Patch attached

Worth checking access / cache (only reproduced what was in NodeFormBlock.php with profile instead of node.. I guess tuning is needed)
Needs testing with different roles
Multiple profiles of same type, and profile revisions need testing as well
