Problem/Motivation

Adding Amazon Translate (AWS service) to the supported providers in auto_node_translate

Proposed resolution

Files attached:

README.txt - additional documentation for use with Amazon Translate
composer.json - additional AWS SDK dependency "aws/aws-sdk-php": "^3.222"
src/AmazonTranslateApi.php - implementation of TranslationApiInterface for Amazon Translate
src/Form/ConfigForm.php - added admin form for Amazon Translate (api key, secret, and region)

All files renamed with .txt due to limitations on upload form.
