Deprecation notice on PHP8.1

When installing / running on D9.4 with PHP8.1 we're seeing the following in watchdog:

Deprecated function: explode(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($string) of type string is deprecated in Drupal\mandrill\Plugin\Mail\MandrillMail->mail() (regel 141 van /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/mandrill/src/Plugin/Mail/MandrillMail.php)

The attached patch is a simple fix by casting the return value of $this->config->get('mandrill_mail_key_blacklist') into a string.

Hi @Gekkie, This issue is invalid now, as for Drupal 9.4 and later versions, we will be using Mailchimp Transactional Module → instead of Mandrill.
