Problem / Motivation

I've got a module with several test themes (in tests/themes/ sub-folder) that used classy as a base theme. Classy was deprecated in D9 and has since been removed from D10, so the tests are now failing. The bot never detected this. In my case, it was enough to just change the base theme declaration to stark to fix tests. If in doubt, the bot could follow the instructions from the CR β†’ to create the patch, which should work even in those cases where some special functionality of that theme is really required. It should be possible to automate a lot of that stuff and leave the rest for manual review, which would already help a lot to speed up the migration process.

I'm not going to link to the original issue since the last patch posted by the bot is quite old, haven't got any new patches for some time, although the issue is still open, and also I'm going to fix this now as part of porting day, so it is probably not useful for further testing.
