Keycloak locale param can be a problem for multilingual URIs

@wilco What is the actual status? I see a commit on 2.1.x (unused branch) where you removed the "$form['keycloak_locale_param']" item from the form and some other changes. But on 2.2.x it's still there. What is the correct implementation?

It's also still spelled as: "ui_locale" and not "ui_locales".

I corrected the name of the query string in #8 as it was a typo with an 's'.

I think I had made a mistake in the 2.1 branch, but I could not remove it nor update it since git.drupal.org wouldn't let me either force a new push or remove the old branch and start over. Instead, I build 2.2. If anyone is able to get rid of 2.1 branch. Happy to let that one go.

So I guess we can set it to fixed then? :-)
