Problem/Motivation

I've installed this module for the first time in years, and to my shame as a past contributor, I could no longer remember what 'rolling' and 'fixed' interval meant...

It would be nice to add descriptions to the plugins to show on the form.

This is a very practical addition and helps greatly when a new billing schedule is added. The description is positioned correctly in the form and is informative. Entering nitpicking - in fixed interval the first billing period will not necessarily be shorter, depending on when initial order was placed.
First commit to issue fork.
