Problem/Motivation

Uncaught PHP Exception InvalidArgumentException: "401 Unauthorized" at /web/modules/contrib/config_patch_gitlab_api/src/Gitlab/ConfigPatchGitlabClientFactory.php line 51
If the token was set but then revoked on Gitlab side, this exception is thrown in create method.

Steps to reproduce

Add gitlab token, authenticate in Drupal. Then revoke gitlab token.
Go to /admin/config/development/configuration/patch this page, see white screen.

Proposed resolution

Maybe some message should be displayed instead, so that it is obvious that the token should be changed in settings.
