Remove override of ConfigureSectionForm. Allow to add styles on section when adding it

When Drupal 9.4 will not be supported, From 2023/06/21 → we can remove overridding the ConfigureSectionForm and avoid compatibility problem like #3321816: Compatibility with Layout builder ids → .

Do the MR and wait for Drupal 9.4 to not be supported anymore to merge.

Or create a new major version of the module.
